A Brief History
City planners say the first thing they learned in Planning 101 was how to count to three; which means a five person city council needs three votes to approve a project. Our history is based on learning local politics and public policy at an early age. Passing the California bar exam, but ultimately choosing business over business law and recognizing our knowledge of the intricacies of California’s newest housing laws puts us at the head of the pack implementing opportunities before others even hear of them.
